Imminent Smartphones in May 2022: OnePlus 7 Pro, Realme X, Lighthouse Phone Redmi, Motorola One Vision, OPPO Reno and More

 Theewe of the first quarter of 2019 saw the launch of Flags like the Samsung Galaxy S10, Huawei P30 Pro and  Sony XperiaThe OnePlus 7 Pro is said to pack a 4,000mAh battery that supports 30W Warp Charge  fast charging technology. The upcoming OnePlus phone is said to come in three colors: Nebula Blue, Mirror Gray and Almond. As for  pricing, leaks suggest that it will start at Rs.49,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and  12GB RAM + 256GB  variants are said to be priced at Rs 52,999 and Rs 57,999 respectively. 

Realme X The Realme X has been officially confirmed for launch in China on May 15. The Realme X should feature a 6.5inch fullHD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED display and will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC, but some leaks suggest that it will draw power from the Snapdragon 730, paired with 4GB or 8GB of RAM.The Realme X will reportedly sport a 48megapixel rear camera accompanied by a 5megapixel depth camera, while a popup selfie camera has also been confirmed for the phone.

The Realme X's base 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is tipped to carry a price tag of CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs.16,500).The higherend 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and the topend 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variants will reportedly be priced at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs.18,500) and CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs.20,600) respectively.Redmi flagshipXiaomi has confirmed its intentions to launch a Snapdragon 855powered flagship under the Redmi brand, but as per a recent leak, the company might launch not one, but two highend phones.The Redmi flagship is tipped to pack a 6.39inch FullHD + (1080x2340 pixels) display and work MIUI 10 depending on the Android cake.
